We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact details to anyone.
We share information with the service providers who run parts of this business for us: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management. They only get what they need to do that job. Where a transaction requires it, we share relevant details with the counterparty or the sponsor you asked to be introduced to. We disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep transaction correspondence and records for as long as we need them for the mandate and for the period our legal and regulatory obligations require afterward. Analytics data is retained on the schedule set in Google Analytics.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@anaxrep.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Access to transaction materials is limited to people who have been granted it for that transaction. We use encrypted transport for the site and for our email, and we limit internal access to what each person needs to do their job.
