How we use email, and how to stop hearing from us.
Spam is unsolicited bulk email: a commercial message sent indiscriminately to a large number of recipients with no relationship to its subject and no way to stop receiving it.
ANAX Real Estate Partners does not send spam and does not advertise anaxrep.com through it.
We send email only in connection with a specific commercial real estate transaction we have been engaged to advise on. Messages go to investors, lenders and sponsors active in that market. We do not send the same offering to a broad or untargeted list.
We do not buy, rent, sell or trade contact lists. We do not collect addresses by automated means. We do not use affiliates, resellers or lead brokers, and we do not pay third parties to send email for us.
You may ask us to stop at any time, in any wording. "Unsubscribe", "stop" or "remove me" is enough. No form or link is required. We remove the address permanently, across every system we send from, and do not contact you again.
Write to info@anaxrep.com with the full message headers where possible. We investigate every report and respond.
Our email is sent only from our Google Workspace tenant and our Amazon SES account, both authorized in the SPF record for anaxrep.com. Anything else claiming to be from this domain is not ours.
Employees who violate this policy face disciplinary action up to termination. Vendors and contractors lose their engagement.
We may update this policy. The current version is the one on this page, effective as of the date shown above.
